Custom-made items (including custom varsity jackets, custom embroidered hoodies, and personalized apparel) cannot be refunded or exchanged for change of mind or customer sizing selection errors once manufacturing has begun.

We stand firmly behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you discover a manufacturing fault, material defect, or significant discrepancy from your confirmed preview, please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly remake the item or issue a full refund upon verification.

Orders may be cancelled with a full refund within 12 hours of placement, prior to material cutting and embroidery digitizing. Once production begins, cancellations cannot be processed.
